ARCHITECT ENGINEER

A building permit is a complex process that requires approvals from various public authorities. With a wide network of partners and urban planning knowledge, I undertake the preparation of the necessary studies for issuing your building's construction permit. A subcategory of building permits includes small-scale construction work approvals that allow the execution of specific construction works such as scaffolding installation, exterior painting works, etc.

There are various reasons for carrying out a renovation. Whether it's functional or energy upgrading of a building, renovation is always accompanied by aesthetic enhancement, which ensures a better quality of life. The renovation of a residence, business, or office can and should be adapted according to the owner's needs.

The term survey of a building or an apartment means the representation of a space in a two-dimensional architectural drawing. In several cases, an updated record of the property is required in its current form, such as in addition and repair permits or during the demolition of a monument or preserved building, or even for the regularization of an unauthorized construction, etc. To produce this drawing, an on-site inspection is required where measurements of the existing condition are taken.

Regularizations/legalizations under Law 4495/17 for unauthorized buildings or properties with unauthorized constructions and urban planning violations are necessary in various cases.

The Building Digital Identity is an electronic file that records the existing condition of a property and monitors any changes, in accordance with Law 4495/17. It includes data and documents concerning ownership, such as the building permit, property plans, energy certificates, etc. Properties that do not have a Digital Identity cannot be transferred.
